Landon Miller is an experienced attorney with a unique perspective, having worked as both a prosecutor and a defense attorney. His career began at the prosecutor's office in Cass County, Missouri where he handled DWI and Missouri Highway Patrol cases, prosecuting over 50 DWI trials. He then moved on to join Faber Law Firm as a criminal defense attorney. His vast background in both prosecution and defense gives him a deep understanding of DWI charges and the challenges clients face in the legal process. During his tenure at Faber Law Firm, he successfully handled numerous trials and expanded his expertise to include more complex criminal cases. He has found that his true niche lies in representing clients in high-stakes cases, confidently representing them in full courtrooms.
Landon Miller has dedicated his career to excellence in advocacy. Before law school, he earned multiple "Outstanding Attorney" awards on Columbia College’s mock trial team. At the University of Missouri School of Law, he competed on national trial teams, reaching the finals twice and earning the R. David Excellence in Trial Advocacy Award all three years. He was also inducted into Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society and later became an instructor for the school’s national trial teams.
He is now an adjunct professor at the University of Missouri and he coaches their mock trial teams. He has been a coach since 2021 and in 2024 his team brought home a national victory.
Before becoming an attorney, Landon served in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed an aggressive, thorough approach to his work. The Corps taught him the importance of communication, a principle he applies by prioritizing clear, consistent contact with his clients. Landon also conducts in-depth investigations to identify all potential defenses, witnesses, and evidence, ensuring he has the full "situational awareness" to craft the best strategy for each case.
His military background has shaped him into a highly motivated attorney, dedicated to achieving swift and efficient case resolutions.
